Stratos opens Hong Kong service centre

Stratos, a provider of advanced mobile and fixed-site remote communications solutions, has expanded its Asia-Pacific customer-support infrastructure with the opening of its new Hong Kong Customer Support Centre.

The centre offers dedicated, local-language support to customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

The centre is staffed with trained professionals who speak both English and Chinese. They are familiar with how maritime and land-mobile customers in the region are using Stratos mobile satellite systems, value-added services and software solutions such as AmosConnect.
