Powerwave opens new facility in Hyderabad

Powerwave Technologies,a player in end-to-end wireless coverage and capacity solutions, has announced the opening of a new facility in India.

The 40,000-sq-ft facility, located in Hyderabad, will staff approximately 300 people. The office will serve regional OEMs and operators through sales and marketing, engineering, and technical and customer support.

The facility will house hardware, software and system integration laboratories to assist engineering personnel with their focus on design and testing of antennas, repeaters, and rural coverage solutions for India and emerging markets.
