Healthcare organisation selects UltiPro Workplace solution

Ultimate Software, a provider of end-to-end strategic human resources, payroll, and talent management solutions, has announced that Regional Women’s Health Management selected UltiPro Workplace for its human capital management, recruitment, and time and labour management.

With 420 employees, New Jersey-based Regional Women’s Health Management had been using several different solutions provided by a payroll service bureau that were not integrated, so the company was faced with reporting challenges, duplicate data entry, and reconciliation issues.

Ultimate Software believes UltiPro Workplace will provide the organisation with a unified human capital management solution that allow it to manage its employees efficiently and strategically.
