Epson introduces colour on-demand inkjet printer

Epson, a global supplier of inkjet printing technology, has introduced the SecurColor inkjet printer, a solution for colour on-demand printing and labelling.

Designed specifically for high-volume hospital environments, SecurColor is being promoted as a suitable solution for hospitals looking to implement colour on-demand printing at the point of service, in the lab or pharmacy, or in any department where colour labelling can improve patient care and eliminate the risk of error.

Epson informed the SecurColor prints a variety of colour-enhanced labels, wristbands and other media on demand, in sizes ranging from 1.2″ to 4.4″ wide and offers options for hospital staff to print only one or many labels at a time.
