American Tower subsidiary acquires Essar Telecom Infrastructure

American Tower’s Indian subsidiary, Transcend Infrastructure (TIL), has acquired Essar Telecom Infrastructure (ETIPL) from the Essar Group, for approximately $430m in cash.
