Zynga, a social game developer, has announced has acquired Tokyo-based Unoh, a Tokyo-based social games company.
Unoh will be part of the foundation of Zynga Japan’s mobile product efforts, which will be a joint venture between SoftBank Group and Zynga.

American Tower subsidiary acquires Essar Telecom Infrastructure
American Tower’s Indian subsidiary, Transcend Infrastructure (TIL), has acquired Essar Telecom Infrastructure (ETIPL) from the Essar Group, for approximately $430m in cash.

Ampal has completed its purchase of the current on-going business of 012 Smile Communications for 1.2bn New Israeli Shekels (approximately $322m).
