AT&T has selected Alcatel-Lucent as one of the domain suppliers for IP/MPLS/Ethernet/Evolved Packet Core equipment. The domain award includes Alcatel-Lucent’s entire IP/MPLS/Ethernet/Evolved Packet Core family of products needed to support AT&T’s IP-based network.

New Zealand-based Telecom NZ is all set to launch its nationwide 3G WCDMA 850MHz (W850) mobile network by June. To this effect, the company has chosen Alcatel-Lucent as technology partner.
