Huawei, Intel develop WiMAX test lab

Huawei Technologies, a  provider of next-generation telecommunications network solutions, together with Intel, announced the launch of a new WiMAX Interoperability Testing (IOT) laboratory in Beijing.

The testing lab has been jointly designed and built by Huawei and Intel. Huawei believes the completion of the lab represents a milestone in the effort to improve the speed of interoperability and delivery of commercial-ready WiMAX devices throughout the global WiMAX industry.
