Wmode partners with Redwood for mobile applications

Wmode, a provider of mobile managed services under its ClearMode brand, has been selected by Redwood Technologies, to provide outsourced customer care, testing and support services.

Redwood is the developer and provider of Momentem, a service providing call tagging and activity tracking for mobile professionals.

Redwood delivers its Momentem service via wireless carriers, including Rogers in Canada and Orange in Europe, and content distributors such as Handmark and MobiHand.

This strategic partnership is reportedly the first phase in a series of collaborative ventures where the two companies will share resources and know-how to deliver services into the mobile applications market.
